Rowanberry treatment with massage

Rowan is a powerful tree whose branches, leaves and berries are used in various protection and love related rituals. For Estonians, rowan has always been a symbol of perseverance and toughness. Rowan is even said to have the ability to make the old young again. Historically, rowanberries have primarily been used to relieve inflammations and rheumatism.
They have an overall strengthening and anti-inflammatory effect, act as strong antioxidants, cleanse the body of many residues and toxins, and stimulate the metabolism. The rowanberry treatment starts with a relaxing and tension-relieving massage, followed by a full body rowanberry scrub that gives you silky smooth skin.
Aqua massage in a magnesium bath

The treatment begins with an underwater shower massage. This intense massage will stimulate blood circulation and the metabolism of tissues, removing fluids and toxins from the body. It also has a relaxing, calming and stress-relieving effect. After the bath, a sculpting mask full of various beneficial ingredients will be applied on the skin to tackle cellulite. L-carnitine is used for losing weight and removing excess fluids from the body. Horse chestnut dissolves fat, rendering the skin beautiful and elastic. Pepper, chlorophyll and vitamins stimulate the blood circulation of tissues, strengthen the skin and act as superb antioxidants. You will notice the effects of the mask for problematic areas immediately – the skin will feel pleasantly warm and sizzling.
The unique experience of the body treatment is complemented by a facial massage that helps you forget your daily worries and thoughts. In addition to its relaxing qualities, it revitalizes and rejuvenates the skin. The mask will be followed by a massage for problematic areas. Sothys Cryo Eye treatment with porcelain spoons

The perfect salon treatment to brighten your eyes! This eye treatment reduces dark circles, puffiness and wrinkles. Suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Special products (exfoliator, serum, massage cream, mask and eye cream) are designed specifically to tone and refresh the skin around the eyes. The treatment is carried out with the help of porcelain massage spoons developed by Sothys, which have a cooling and swelling-reducing effect.
We recommend coming for the eye treatment before or after events to get bright eyes and refresh tired look. For optimal results, you can also book three intensive treatment sessions (once a week).
Sothys seasonal facial

Twice a year, as a change for regular treatment, Sothys develops a facial based on seasonal needs. At the end of the long winter, the skin looks tired. In spring, to start a new season, the skin needs to replenish its oxygen and vitamin reserves. In autumn and winter, with the cold, the skin needs more hydration and protection from low temperatures.
All seasonal facial products have a wonderful aroma of two fruits. Peeling, mask, and relaxing massage add brightness to the skin. A quick seasonal facial that enriches the skin with oxygen is a good change from regular treatments – your skin feels relaxed and fresh.
